Standing Guild Committees
Health Care Committee This joint labor-management committee meets quarterly to assess the impact of co-pay increases and make appropriate recommendations.
Job Enhancement Review Committee This joint labor-management committee is responsible for developing the forms for formal annual written employee performance evaluations. Once the forms are developed, the committee will be responsible for selecting appropriate training and instruction for supervisors and employees in conducting performance evaluations.
Job Evaluation Committee This joint labor-management committee reviews Guild members' requests for upgrades. Using an agreed upon evaluation instrument, the committee determines whether the member is eligible for the requested upgrade.
Mobilization Committee

Meets as necessary to develop mobilization strategies around issues of importance, i.e., contract enforcement, contract negotiations, etc.

Membership Committee Develops a process for maintaining accurate membership roles, and for maintaining and updating the orientation packet.
Newsletter Committee Produces a monthly newsletter for Guild members. If you are interested in joining any of these committees, contact one of the officers.
Parking Committee This committee is responsible for assessing the parking garage situation and coming up with any appropriate recommendations.
