The Washington-Baltimore Newspaper Guild represents 14 staff attorneys, researchers, a librarian, a safety-and-health specialist, editors, accountants, programmers, and network administrators at the American Postal Workers Union. All of these members are employed at the union's headquarters in Washington.

Guild members at the APWU won legal recognition of the Guild as their union in May of 2000.
