Bargaining for a new contract with BNA is scheduled to begin November 12th. On Friday, November 1st the bargaining team will outline the Guild’s initial proposal. This meeting is your chance to be heard on the issues and approve the draft proposals.

Everything is at stake: wages, health insurance, pension, 401(k), vacation, holidays, job security -- and everything else that governs your work life at BNA.

The Guild provides you a powerful voice at work that is not available at non-union work places, where the employer makes unilateral decisions about wages and benefits, and can fire employees at will.

It is through the union that wages and working conditions--including job security--are improved and strengthened, contract after contract. Come to this meeting and make YOUR VOICE HEARD!
