**The March General Membership Meeting is now being held on April 17 for the sole purpose of holding nominations for delegates and alternates to the TNG-Sector Conference, July 5-7 in Minneapolis, MN and for nominations for delegates and alternates to the CWA Convention, July 9-10, Minneapolis, MN

Nominations for delegates was originally scheduled to take place at the March 24, 2001 Membership Meeting. However, because attendance to the March 24 meeting did not constitute a quorum, the business of the meeting did not move forward.

This notice serves as formal notification under Article V, Section 8 of the Local By-laws:

"Delegates and alternates to regular TNG Conventions shall be nominated separately from the floor at the March General Membership Meeting, which shall also determine the number of each to be elected. The secretary shall give fifteen (15) days' notice by mail of this meeting."

Directions to Baltimore Guild Office, 415 St. Paul Place, Baltimore, Maryland From Washington and its suburbs:

1. Take the Baltimore-Washington Parkway (Rt. 295) or I-95 North to Baltimore (if you take I-95 you should exit at Russell St.)

2. The Parkway empties into Russell St., which turns into N. Paca. Keep going north to Pratt St

3. Turn right onto Pratt St. Continue on Pratt St. for seven blocks until you get to Calvert St.

4. Turn left onto Calvert St. Go north for twelve blocks and before passing the Sun building turn left onto Franklin St.

5. At top of hill turn left onto St. Paul Place. (If you find a space, park here … meters are running). 415 St. Paul Place on the left. Look for sign announcing Calligary and Calligary Law Firm.
