Where do the following key elements of labor union's work fall within Local 32035's priorities for the next few years? What goals and objectives should drive our work and our budget over the next several years?

• Leadership skills and membership education
• Building power through industry organizing
• Collective bargaining goals
• Bridging our units: a local or 23 units?
• Setting the tone: business and servicing unionism? Social justice and legislative activism? Neither, both?
• Addressing our member's professional concerns at the workplace
