Research Associates of America (RAA) is the nonprofit organization created following the dissolution of the AFL-CIO's Food and Allied Service Trades Department (FAST) that resulted from the split in the labor movement in 2005. RAA continues the FAST mission of assisting unions with cutting-edge research, training, and strategic and tactical planning.
