General Membership Meeting

The next General Membership meeting of 2012
has been set for Saturday, March 31, in Washington.

(The WBNG main office is at the corner of 15th and L streets in Northwest Washington, next door to the Washington Post and a few blocks from the White House.)

The WBNG Baltimore office (415 St. Paul Pl.) is one block west of the Baltimore Sun (Calvert Street.)

Coming into Baltimore from the South, take I-95, exit at I-395 toward "Downtown." Merge onto I-395 N via Exit 53, "Downtown/Inner Harbor."

After 1.5 miles, take the Conway Street exit. Stay on West Conway for a couple of blocks, then, just past Charles Street, turn left onto North Light Street (MD-2). Go another few blocks, then make a slight right onto North Calvert Street (still MD-2). Just past Bath Street, turn left onto one-block-long Franklin Street, which dead ends at St. Paul Place, on top of the hill. The Guild office is half a block down St. Paul, on the left: The sign on the building is for the "Callegary & Callegary" law firm.

Saturday parking notes: Calvert is one way northbound. St. Paul is one way southbound. Take plenty of quarters for the metered spaces on Calvert and on St. Paul; on Franklin, it's a "pay-station" situation.
