Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network

The Rape, Abuse and Incest National Network (RAINN) is a nonprofit dedicated to helping victims of sexual abuse. Employees of RAINN overcame a management anti-union campaign in 2014 and voted 32-6 in favor of representation by the Washington-Baltimore Newspaper Guild.

Almost all of the 45 Guild-covered workers are part-timers who directly counsel sex abuse victims contacting RAINN online through the National Sexual Assault Hotline.
